Clothed with Splendour

Start this day with a song. Sing of My love and My goodness. As you do, your heart will soar. Your heart will find its lover, and your life will entwine with Mine, in the sweet embrace of love. Aware of Me, and all that I am, you will find the peace your soul craves, and the joy that will strengthen and sustain.

I am a good God who lavishes love and provision on all who turn to Me. So turn to Me and let Me see your face; let Me hear your voice. Your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.

The longing of your heart and the trust you have placed in Me, make you beautiful in My sight. I do not see as man sees, nor do I judge as others judge. I see the longing, and I value the devotion that stirs within you.

Though you see Me dimly, yet you pursue Me. Though you do not understand, you walk in simple trust and obedience to Me. Such things are precious to Me. Such devotion, clothes you with holy garments of beauty and splendour. One day you will see, even as I see. You will know that the dark moments and the painful seasons, when you clung to My word and believed in My love, created for you diadems of splendour, and garments of glory. You will walk in My kingdom, in the glory that you fashioned through your own heart of devotion.
